On the Road to Inclusion in the Workplace:
Our rich history over the last 49 years has mostly focused on employment for individuals of all abilities. During the pandemic, our individuals with differences were making a difference sewing protective gear, cleaning public spaces, stocking shelves, loading and unloading vessels and various other activities to keep our economy and way of life on track.
Challenge Enterprises needs your support to ensure we can continue our efforts to support individuals with differences on their road to greater independence through employment. One of the limited factors for the individuals we serve in Clay County is transportation. In order to overcome this road block, a twelve passenger coach with wheelchair access is needed to transport adults with differing abilities to job training, work sites and other daily activities. Please help to support our mission to create a more inclusive community.

Challenge Enterprises has been serving North Florida since 1972, providing critically important services to individuals living with disabilities and the community. This year our mission has been able to employ 259 individuals with different abilities, who worked 180,140 hours and earned $2,080875 in wages, all in the pursuit of the American Dream. None of this would be possible without the support of our community and people like you.
